• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and data entry process.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the platform to track illegal goods, engage in fraudulent marketplace activities, or attempt to reverse-engineer our software code.

3. Limitation of Liability

Earn Trak provides this software on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy in our tracking and reporting tools:

• We are not liable for any financial losses, business interruptions, or missing inventory resulting from the use of our dashboard.
• We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party platforms (e.g., delays in data syncing from Flipkart, Amazon, or courier partners).
• It is your responsibility to verify critical shipment data before making significant financial decisions.

4. Service Availability & Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time (e.g., for maintenance or upgrades). We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect data availability.

5. Intellectual Property

The source code, design, logos, and algorithms of Earn Trak are the intellectual property of FASHION NOW. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software for your business operations, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute our software.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
